Dorothy Green

Secretary

Dorothy Green served as chair, and now co-chair of the Grants Committee for the Women’s Foundation of Southern Arizona. She has 40 years of experience in administration including higher education, K-12 education, executive education, corporate administration and consultation for profit and non-profit companies and agencies on both the national and international scene.

Dorothy has served on several boards including Augsburg College Governing Board, Lutheran Social Services of Minnesota, Louisville Nature Center and the National Urban League a Better Chance (ABC). She served as Chair of Committee to design and assist in delivery of curriculum and evaluation of Delta Academy, a bi-monthly Saturday-math, science and technology-program for middle-school girls sponsored by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a public service alumni organization.

Dorothy received her ED.D. in Education Policy and Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Innovation and Change from the University of Massachusetts and her MA in Reading and Language Arts Administration from Moorhead State University.

Currently, Dorothy presides over Green Innovative Services, an education consulting organization advocating international and national education reform in schools and agencies.
