Kelly draws on a strong background of volunteer and internship management, event planning, administrative expertise and a knack for managing multiple projects concurrently. Kelly previously served as a program assistant for the A.S. Women’s Center in Chico, where she received a bachelor’s in Multicultural and Gender Studies from California State University, Chico.
