Notable singer Madonna’s so called prowler has been ruled to seek medical help and psychological valuation. The ruling was done by a judge in Manhattan. Madonna’s attorney has said that they might charge the stalker with the criminal offence.

The stalker, Robert Linhard was spotted outside Madonna’s apartment in Central Park West, holding painted signs, which confessed his love and admiration for the singer, along with an ice pick.

The attorney generals have given notice to Robert Linhart, informing him that there is a good chance of the case being presented to a big jury and there might also be charges of a criminal offence against him.

The charges of infringement can be advanced since Robert Linhard has been previously convicted of violation for DWI. However, Linhard, a 59 year old retired firefight said that he won’t make a stop before he actually gets to meet the megastar.
